中欧感知城市创新实验室是由德清科技新城管理委员会、浙江省测绘与地理信息局、比利时创新地理感知有限公司、北京数联空间科技股份有限公司在浙江省地理信息产业园联合成立的实验室。

　　Europe-China Sensible City Creative Lab (“the LAB”) is a joint laboratory newly founded in Geographic and Information Industry Park of Zhejiang Province ("the PARK", based in Deqing) by 1) Commission of Deqing Science and Technology New City, 2)Zhejiang Administration of Surveying, Mapping and Geo-information,3)Creative Geosensing sprl-s (Belgium) and 4)Beijing iSpatial Co., Ltd.

　　实验室的基本定位是基于中欧深度合作，结合地理信息产业与物联网的前沿技术，推进从数字城市、智慧城市到感知城市的技术与运营模式的升级，实现创新的研发成果与产业化，并依此推进地理信息产业的高水平定位与发展。

　　Based on close collaboration between China and Europe on advanced technologies about Geographic, information and Internet of Things, the LAB will be dedicated in upgrading the technologies and operational models from digital city, smart city to Sensible city, and create innovative prototypes and implement production, in accordance with high-level positioning and development of the industry.  

　　实验室将主要开展如下工作：

　　The main works of the LAB include:

　　1）促进中欧地理信息、物联网产业相关机构、企业的交流；

　　To promote exchange between Geographic information and IoT related organizations and enterprises of EU and China.

　　2）建立超越东西方的合作机制与创新模式；

　　To set up a creative model of collaboration going beyond East and West.

　　3）针对具体的项目设立由中欧企业与研发机构共同参与的项目研发组，并实现可产业化的产品样机（包括硬软件与解决方案等）；

　　To setup specified R&D projects with co-participation of Chinese and European research organizations and enterprises to create prototype (including hardware, software and solutions).

　　4）根据研发成果，进行成果转移，或设立由中国企业与欧洲企业共同参与的合资公司或投资项目，进行产业化；

　　To transfer the prototypes to production through a contract of sales or joint-venture.

　　5）积极协助“联合国地理信息管理论坛”的工作；

　　To assist the Geographic Information Management Forum of the United Nations located in the park.
